Return and Refund Policy

1. Grocery Items

We do not accept refunds or returns for any grocery items, as these products are perishable. However, if you receive damaged or spoiled fruits and vegetables, we will offer a replacement.

We take great care to ensure that the quality of the products we deliver meets your expectations. Each order is thoroughly checked, and we take photographs of the items before they are dispatched and during delivery. This process ensures that you receive fresh, quality products.

While it is unlikely that a product will arrive damaged or spoiled, if it does, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with relevant images of the item in question, and we will arrange for a replacement of the affected product(s).

2. Electronics

For electronics purchased from Etia Mart, we offer a 14-day return policy. To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
  • The item must include all accessories, manuals, and the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  • The product must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Once we receive the returned item, it will go through a proper inspection to ensure that it meets the return criteria. We reserve the right to reject any returns if the product is damaged, altered, or missing parts not due to a manufacturing defect.

3. Non-Refundable and Non-Returnable Items

Please note that we do not accept returns or refunds for the following items:

  • Perishable goods (other than damaged or spoiled fruits and vegetables, as noted above).
  • Opened or used electronics that are returned without the original packaging.
  • Any other items that are not eligible for return based on the conditions specified above.

4. How to Request a Replacement or Return

If you wish to request a replacement for damaged or spoiled grocery items or return an electronic product, please follow these steps:

  • For grocery items, provide clear photos of the damaged or spoiled item(s).
  • For electronics, ensure the product is unused and in its original condition, and include any relevant documentation (invoice, packaging).

5. Inspection and Processing

Once we receive the returned or replacement-requested item, we will inspect it to verify the issue. For electronics, this inspection will include checking the condition of the product, packaging, and accessories. After the inspection:

  • If your return is approved, we will process the refund or send a replacement item, depending on your preference and the availability of the product.
  • If your return does not meet our policy criteria, we may reject the return and notify you accordingly.

6. Shipping Costs

  • For grocery item replacements (damaged or spoiled), we will bear the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
  • For electronics returns, if the return is valid, the customer will bear the cost of shipping the product back to us unless the product was damaged or defective upon arrival.
